Are you in a situation where you need to quickly R&D a product, including trying out multiple styles or designs of sealing parts?  We have you covered!  Our computer-controlled Flashcut system doesn’t require dies.  It simply takes a standard .dxf CAD file and cuts the gasket directly from a sheet of raw material, accurately and quickly.   We can produce different prototypes for you, back to back, if necessary – providing all of your proposed designs.
